Your enquiry stays between you and the mill.
Truc Mai Plywood collects only what a buyer chooses to send us about an order. This page explains what that is, what we do with it and how to reach us about it.
What we receive
Your name and email, and if you add them, your company, destination country or port, the faces, cores, sizes and quantities you need, and any note. Please leave out bank or card details and passwords: we never need them to quote.
What we do with it
We read it to answer you, to check the build with the mill, to send samples and to write the quotation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we never show your request on the site.
While the form is sending
The page keeps a short request code in this browser tab until the message is confirmed, so that a lost connection does not make you send it twice. The code holds none of your details and is removed once the request is through. If the page asks you to check with us, quote that code in an email.
Who handles it for us
The site runs on Cloudflare, which also screens the form for spam when that check is switched on. Requests are passed to our export inbox by an email delivery provider. Each sees only what it needs to host the page or carry the message.
A thank-you message on screen means the provider took the request; our reply is the real confirmation. If nothing arrives, write to us directly.
Counting visits
We ask before counting anything. If you say yes in the cookie box, Google Analytics (run by Google Ireland Ltd.) notes which pages you view, how you reached the site, your rough location by country and the kind of device you use. That tells us which faces, sizes and loading figures buyers look for. Ads features are off and the figures are kept for 14 months.
If you say no, or do not answer, no analytics cookie is placed. The cookie choice button at the bottom of each page lets you change your answer. Links to standards bodies or other sites lead to pages with their own privacy rules.
Keeping and deleting
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation or the resulting order needs it, plus any period trade or tax records require. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold, and tell us which enquiry you mean.
