What happens next
We read the build
We review the requested panel and clarify missing requirements, such as tolerance, back veneer or a cutting list.
Quotation and sample
The quotation sets out the panel specification, price, proposed delivery terms and available documents. Sample requirements are agreed for that build.
Approval sets the reference
Confirm the written specification and sample as the grading reference, including the appearance and acceptance requirements for repeat orders.
